Fine Jewelry Order Fulfillment
All fine jewelry orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the item you want is not available, we will consult with you about the feasibility, timing and cost of a custom order. Please note that some items may take 4 to 6 weeks to produce.
No custom order will go into production without full advance payment. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be completed prior to shipment. For rush service of less than 4 weeks, please contact us at shop@ljcrossny.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Fine Jewelry Custom Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel a custom order, you must email us at shop@ljcrossny.com within 24 hours of your order placement. Once production begins on your fine jewelry custom order, it cannot be cancelled.
Repair Policy
At LJ Cross Boutique, quality craftsmanship is our hallmark. We will repair any jewelry purchased through www.ljcrossny.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was originally purchased.
Please email shop@ljcrossny.com if you would like request a repair for an item purchased through our web shop. Repair on fine jewelry may be subject to a charge, depending on the nature of the damage.
Ring Sizes
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US size, we highly suggest getting your ring size determined by a local, domestic jeweler. We will send you the ring size you order, or contact you if it is not available. Please note: We cannot re-size your ring after purchase and delivery.
Shipping
A shipping, handling and insurance cost will be added to all domestic shipments.
All US orders are shipped and insured via USPS, UPS or Fedex and require a signature for delivery. Please contact us at shop@ljcrossny.com regarding international orders.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of New York. The rate is approximately 9%, depending on your county. If you are outside the state of New York you will not be charged sales tax.
No Returns. Exchanges Only
All sales are final. LJ Cross Boutique does not accept returns. And we do not issue price adjustments. Exchanges can be made within 10 days of purchase from our store location listed below . We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to discuss any issues. You must notify us of any items that are missing or arrives damaged by email to shop@ljcrossny.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We will only accept goods for exchange under the following conditions:
* The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or a gift receipt.
* The item must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and deemed in sellable condition by our management. We cannot accept any goods that are dirty, damaged or altered from their original condition.
* All tags and straps must be intact and still attached to the item.
* If you are mailing in your purchase for consideration of exchange by our management, please pack your purchase with care, reusing the original box, bag and tissue paper if possible to prevent any damage or excessive wrinkling during transport.
* Include one copy of the web order invoice in your package. We urge you to insure your package and to send it in a trackable method. We cannot honor an exchange for an item we do not receive. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
